The Power of Laughter: Anti-Depressant

Laughter is a natural anti-depressant.

 Our bodies release endorphins when we laugh, which make us feel good and give us a “high” feeling.

 They work in a similar way to morphine.

People have been known to fight depression with laughter.

I’d like to admit I’m addicted to laughter!  So…

Go ahead…Laugh out loud!
