Gluten-Free Tuesday: Singing the Praise of Cauliflower
I have found cauliflower to be a very versatile vegetable in adapting certain recipes into gluten-free versions, but gluten-free or not, these recipes are winners! I’ve included some recipes I have tried, and others I look forward to trying soon.
You can find Oven Love’s version of Shepherd’s Pie here . I adapted it a little to our taste and loved it! We’ve also made side dishes of mashed cauliflower to replace mashed potatoes, just adding seasonings as desired.
You can find this recipe for tabbouleh at Hello Natural. My changes included adding minced garlic and chopped peppers while omitting the mint. We ate a lot of tabbouleh before and enjoy this version even more!
