Christmas Baking 2015 – No Bake Cheesecake


A quick and easy light dessert.  Top it with your favourite topping…mine is cherry pie filling.



  • 9 inch graham crumb crust                                                1
  • DREAM WHIP dessert topping mix                                  1 envelope
  • milk                                                                                          1/2 cup
  • (250 g) PHILADELPHIA BRAND cream cheese               1 package
  • sugar                                                                                        1/2 cup

Make sure the cream cheese is soft before starting.  In a medium sized bowl, prepare dessert topping mix according to the package directions with the milk.  In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until creamy.  Blend the topping into the cream cheese mixture at low speed.  Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crumb crust.  Chill at least one hour.  Serve with your favourite pie filling.

If you want to make it in a 9×13 pan, double or triple the recipe and find a recipe for a graham crust. It is usually on the box of crumbs or crackers.
