Update: My bananas definitely could have been more ripe (it would have made a sweeter brownie) but I was anxious to try them out right away. Maybe a little stevia and coconut flour next time too. With all of our food restrictions in the house (no egg, no dairy, no grains, no sugar, no soy) this recipe definitely fit the criteria, and a couple of the kids finished them off by tonight. No leftovers, lol.
